She’s a beaut huh?
I just stopped on my way back from the shop to take this snap.
The Italian, rather romantically, got me an original 1970 Raleigh Caprice for my birthday, a grown-up version of my very first bike in the early 80s. It’s even in the same metallic mauve paint code. All it’s missing are the spokies.
He has had it reconditioned (new wheels, gears, brakes etc), but retained it’s vintage charm with sprung leather seat, wicker basket and the original bell.
I use it everyday for my commute to work, plus we want to buy Country Bebe a bike seat to fit on the back so we can cycle to the beach along by the river.
Do you think this counts as drink cycling?!
